강제의사결정 매트릭스를 활용한 해군 무기체계 효과요소 표준(안) 연구

초록
우리군은 소요기획단계에서 의사결정을 위하여 다양한 기법을 활용한 과학적 분석·평가를 실시하며, AHP 기법은 여러 분야에서 활용되는 대표적인 기법 중 하나다. 하지만 AHP 기법의 효과 요소는 결과에 영향을 끼치는 중요 요인임에도 불구하고 연구자의 주관적인 견해가 반영될 가능성으로 인해 결과에 대한 객관성 확보 측면에서 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 우선 AHP 기법을 적용한 기존 연구 및 분석 사례를 비교해 효과요소를 계층별로 재분류한 후 강제의사결정 매트릭스 기법을 활용하여 각 무기체계별 효과요소 표준 (안)을 제시한다.
Abstract
ROK Military conducts scientific analysis and evaluation using various methods for decision-making at the required planning stage, and the AHP is one of the representative analysis and evaluation methods that are being actively used in the various field. However, although the effect factor of the AHP is an important factor influencing the result, there is a limit to securing the reliability of the result due to the possibility of reflecting the subjective opinion of the researcher. Accordingly, first, by comparing existing research and analysis cases applying the AHP, the effect factor is reclassified by layer, and then a standard effective factors for each weapon system is presented using the forced decision matrix method.
