
해군 함정 운용 지원을 위한 ECS/CMS 통합 분석 플랫폼 개발 및 시험 적용

초록
본 연구는 함정의 통합기관제어체계(ECS)와 전투관리체계(CMS) 데이터를 통합 수집·분석하여 보다 효과적인 의사결정 지원이 가능한 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 ECS 기반 서비스(항해 상태, 추진 상태, 전력 사용 분석)와 CMS 기반 서비스(탐지 성능 예측, A* 알고리즘 기반 항로 추천)를 제공한다. 특히, 제안 시스템은 클라우드 기반 분산 아키텍처로 설계되어 함정 내 어느 위치에서든 통합 데이터에 접근 가능하다. 실제 해군 함정 시범 적용 결과, 통합 분석 및 직관적 시각화를 통해 운용자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 효과적으로 지원함을 확인하였다.
Abstract
Modern naval platforms operate Engineering Control Systems (ECS) and Combat Management Systems (CMS) on separate networks, limiting integrated decision-making. This study proposes a decision support platform that integrates ECS and CMS data for unified collection, analysis, and visualization. Core services include ECS-based functions (navigation status, propulsion monitoring, power usage analysis) and CMS-based functions (detection performance prediction, route recommendation via the A* algorithm). The proposed system adopts a cloud-based distributed architecture, enabling seamless data access from any location on the vessel. A pilot application on a naval vessel demonstrated improved decision-making through integrated analysis and intuitive visualization.
