
개발단계 설계 개선 활동을 통한 신뢰도 개선 방안 연구

초록
함정에 탑재되는 무기체계의 경우 개발된 시제가 함정에 설치되기 때문에 연구개발 초기 단계부터 신뢰성 설계 개선 활동을 수행하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 국내 연구개발사업에서는 통합체계지원 요소 중 하나인 연구 및 설계 반영 활동을 수행함으로서 설계 개선 활동을 수행하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 신뢰성 설계 개선 활동에 필요한 설계반영 점검항목과 점검표를 제시하였다. 그리고 A체계 사례를 통해 신뢰성 설계 활동을 통해 개선된 신뢰도(예측값)를 확인함으로써 제시한 설계 개선 활동의 실효성을 확인하였다.
Abstract
In this study, because the developed prototype is installed on the ship, it is important to carry out reliability design improvement activities from the early stages of R&D in the case of weapon systems mounted on ships. It is carried out by design improvement activities in the domestic R&D project, conducting research and design improvement activities, which are one of the elements of integrated system support. In this study, it is presented with the design reflection items and checklist necessary for reliability design improvement activities. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed activity is confirmed by showing the improved reliability (predicted) values on the A system.
