
M&S 기법을 활용한 함정 충돌기동 분석도구 개발

초록
본 논문에서는 충돌기동 분석을 위한 도구를 M&S(modeling & simulation) 기법을 활용하여 개발하였다. 이를 위해 함정의 제원 및 선회경(turning diameter)을 고려한 함정 기동모델을 구축하였다. 또한, 중분위도 알고리즘을 적용하여 함정의 경위도 좌표를 시간에 따라 정확하게 산출하였다. 충돌기동 모의를 위해 경위도 좌표상의 적함 위치를 고려하여 아함의 충돌침로를 산출하였다. 특히, 충돌 여부 판단에 있어 단순히 아군 및 적함의 질점 간 거리만을 기준으로 하지 않고, 각 함정의 실제 제원을 반영함으로써 보다 현실적이고 신뢰도 높은 충돌 판별이 가능하도록 하였다.
Abstract
In this paper, an analysis tool for naval ship collision maneuvers is developed by using Modeling and Simulation (M&S) technique. To achieve this, a ship maneuvering model is constructed by reflecting ship particulars and turning diameter. The Middle-Latitude algorithm is applied to accurately calculate the latitude and longitude coordinates of ships. For simulation of collision maneuver, the collision course of the own ship is calculated based on the relative position of the target ship. In particular, to enhance the reliability of collision determination, the analysis incorporates the main dimensions of each ship.
