초록

본 연구는 원격정비체계(remote maintenance system, RMS) 기반 정비제도를 해군 무기체계 에 적용하고, 이를 RAM-C(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Cost) 측면에서 비교·분석하였다. 연구는 ① RMS 기반 정비제도 수립, ② LCSC 시뮬레이션을 통한 RAM-C 산출, ③ 절충분석을 통한 최적 대안 도출 순으로 진행 하였다. 사례 연구에서는 기존 3단계 정비제도와 RMS 기반 2단계 정비제도를 비교하였으며, 그 결과 RMS 적용이 운용 가용도를 향상시키고 수명주기 비용 절감 효과를 나타낼 수 있음을 확인했다.

Abstract

This study applied a Remote Maintenance System (RMS)-based maintenance system to naval weapon systems and compared and analyzed it from the perspective of RAM-C (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Cost). The research was conducted in the following steps: (1) Establishment of RMS-based maintenance system, (2) RAM-C calculation through LCSC simulation, (3) Derivation of optimal alternatives through trade-off analysis. In the case study, the existing 3-level maintenance system was compared with the RMS-based 2-level maintenance system. The results confirmed that the application of RMS can improve operational availability and reduce lifecycle costs.
