
계층분석법을 이용한 기뢰전 전투체계의 기뢰대항작전 효과 분석

초록
해군은 기뢰전 전투체계를 개발하여 차기 기뢰탐색소해함(MSH-Ⅱ)에 탑재할 예정이다. 기뢰전 전투체계는 음탐기 등 약 20여 종의 탑재 장비를 통합·운용하며, 기뢰 탐색, 식별, 제거 등 기뢰탐색소해함의 기뢰대항작전을 효과적으로 지원한다. 본 연구에서는 계층분석법을 이용하여 기뢰전 전투체계의 기뢰대항작전 효과를 분석하였다. 기뢰전 전투체계 작전 효과를 측정하기 위하여 계층구조를 작성하고, 쌍대비교법 기반의 전문가 설문을 통해 16개 속성에 대한 가중치를 산출하였다. 능동적 기뢰대항작전-기뢰탐색-기뢰처리 효과요소의 가중치가 가장 높게 산출되었으며, 기뢰전 전투체계의 기뢰대항작전 효과지수는 현재 대비 약 1.45배 우수한 것으로 확인되었다.
Abstract
ROK Navy plans to develop the mine warfare combat system and install it on the next-generation Mine Sweeper and Hunter(MSH-Ⅱ). The mine warfare combat system integrates and operates approximately 20 types of equipment, including SONAR, and effectively supports the mine counter measure operations of MSH-Ⅱ, such as mine detection, identification, and disposal. In this study, the mine counter measure operations effectiveness of the mine warfare combat system was analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process. A hierarchical structure for measuring the mine counter measure operations effectiveness of the mine warfare combat system was developed, and weights of 16 attributes were calculated by expert surveys and pair-wise comparisons. The weight of active mine counter measure - mine hunting - mine disposal was calculated to be the highest. The mine counter measure operations effectiveness of the mine warfare combat system was confirmed to be approximately 1.45 times better than the current one.
