신뢰성물리학분석 기법을 활용한 함정탑재 전자 구성품의 신뢰성 설계 개선 방안

초록
무기체계의 전체 수명주기 측면에서 효율적인 운용, 유지 및 관리를 위해 설계 단계에서부터 신뢰성 있는 설계에 대한 노력이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 함정탑재 회로카드조립체를 대상으로 일반적인 D-FMEA 분석 방법에 수량 및 비용 분석을 고려한 CEI 지표를 추가하여 개선대상 우선순위를 선정하였다. 그리고 RPA도구인 Sherlock을 활용해 신뢰성 설계 개선을 수행하고, 결과를 비교함으로써 무기체계 총수명주기간 비용 절감을 위한 방법론을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Efforts on reliable design are required from the design stage for efficient operation, maintenance and management in terms of the entire life cycle of the weapon system. In this paper, the priorities for improvement were selected by adding the CEI index considering quantity and cost analysis to the general D-FMEA analysis method targeting the circuit card assembly mounted on the warship. In addition, the design improvement was performed using Sherlock, an RPA tool, and the methodology for cost reduction during the total life cycle of the weapon system was presented by comparing the improvement results.
