초록

품질관리는 품질 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있도록 지속적으로 관리하는 활동이다. 본 논문은 통합체계지원에서의 품질관리시스템 개발을 통해 품질개선을 이루고자 한다. 우선, 품질통제점 기반으로 품질대상 범위를 식별한다. 이 후, 수요자 및 개발기관의 품질검토, 합의, 승인의 책임을 부여함으로써 개선된 품질활동을 수행하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 품질관리시스템을 활용하면, 개선의 측정치가 명확하게 식별된다. 또한, 단계별 Q-Gate를 통해 제품, 프로세스, 사람 중심의 품질관리가 수행 가능하다.

Abstract

Quality management is an activity that is continuously managed to meet quality requirements. This paper aims to improve quality through the development of the quality management system in integrated product support. First, the scope of the quality target is identified based on the quality control gate. After that, a plan to carry out improved quality activities was proposed by assigning responsibility for quality review, agreement, and approval of consumer and development agency. Using this quality management system, measurements of improvement are clearly identified. Also, product, processor, and person centered quality control can be performed through step-by-step Q-gate.
