초록
본 논문에서는 함정 운용 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 연료유 유출을 예방하기 위해 감시와 제어 기능을 결합한 시스템을 제안한다. 저장탱크와 공급탱크의 상태를 실시간으로 감시하고 기준치를 초과할 경우 자동으로 경고와 제어가 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 이를 통해 국제적 안전 운용 기준에 부합하면서 해양환경 보호와 군사작전 안정성을 동시에 강화할 수 있다.
Abstract
This study proposes a system that combines monitoring and control functions to prevent fuel oil spills that may occur during ship operations. The system monitors the condition of storage and supply tanks in real time, automatically triggering warnings and control measures if levels exceed thresholds. This system meets international safety operating standards, while simultaneously protecting the marine environment and enhancing the stability of military operations.
