
무인기 상호 운용성 확보를 위한 비행체 특정 모듈 SDK 아키텍처 설계 및 구현

초록
현대 무인항공기(UAV) 시스템의 발전과 다양화로 인해, 비표준 플랫폼을 표준 운용체계(STANAG 4586 등)에 연동하기 위한 상호 운용성 확보가 중요한 요구사항으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 비행체 환경에 적용 가능한 비행체 특정 모듈(vehicle specific module)을 SDK(software development kit) 형태로 설계하고 구현한 사례를 제시한다. 제안된 SDK는 시스템 관리, 프로토콜 변환, 메시지 시스템, 원격 디스플레이의 네 가지 도메인으로 구성되며, 표준 메시지와 비행체 고유 메시지 간의 변환, 데이터 링크 제어, 메시지 검증 등의 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 Linux 기반의 i.MX8 임베디드 플랫폼 및 PC 환경에서 구현되었으며, 비행 모의 모델과 UCS 연동 시험을 통해 기능적 타당성을 검증하였다.
Abstract
With the diversification of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems, interoperability between non-standard platforms and standardized frameworks such as STANAG 4586 has become a critical requirement. This paper presents the design and implementation of a vehicle specific module (VSM) developed as a software development kit (SDK) for various UAV environments. The proposed SDK consists of four domains: system management, protocol translation, message system, and remote display, and supports message conversion, data-link control, message validation. The system was implemented on linux-based i.MX8 embedded platforms and PC, and its feasibility was verified through integrated testing with a flight modeling environment and an unmanned control system (UCS).
