초록
본 논문에서는 함정 무기체계 및 연구개발의 특징과 실제 사례를 바탕으로 획득지연의 구조적 원인을 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 K.Navy-MOSA 개념을 제시하였다. K.Navy-MOSA를 적용하여 다차원의 개선방향을 전투발전요소 DOTMLPF-P 틀을 활용하여 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the structural causes of acquisition delays based on the characteristics and actual cases of naval vessel weapon systems and R&D. Additionally, the K.Navy-MOSA concept was developed as an alternative solution. By applying K.Navy-MOSA, we present multidimensional directions for improvement using the DOTMLPF-P framework.
