초록
본 논문에서는 RTOS 기반 PLC를 활용하여 기존의 PC와 PLC를 활용한 제어 시스템과 동일 기능을 가지는 제어 시스템의 하드웨어 설계 및 구현에 대해 다루었다. 또한 소형화를 비롯한 기존 제어 시스템의 개선사항들에 대한 적극 수용을 중점적으로 보여준다. 이를 통해 높은 신뢰성을 보이고 실시간 데이터 처리가 가능한 제어 시스템의 하드웨어를 설계 및 구현한다.
Abstract
In this paper, we deal with the hardware design and implementation of a control system using RTOS-based PLC which has the same function as a control system using an existing PC and PLC. It also focuses on miniaturization of control system along with active acceptance of the improvement requirements of existing control system. Through this, the hardware of a control system that shows high reliability and can process real-time data is designed and implemented.
