초록

본 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기반 감성분석을 활용하여 해군과 해병대의 모병 정책에 대한 사회적 반응을 분석하였다. 2021년부터 2025년까지의 뉴스를 정책 영역별로 분류한 후 연도별 감성 분포를 분석한 결과, ‘보상·수당’ 영역에서는 비교적 긍정적인 반응이 나타난 반면, ‘인력·모병’ 영역에서는 부정적 반응이 지속되는 경향이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 모병 정책에 대한 체감 반응을 통해 정책을 평가하는 새로운 방법론을 제시한다.

Abstract

This study analyzed social responses to recruitment policies of the Republic of Korea Navy and Marine Corps using text-mining-based sentiment analysis. News articles published between 2021 to 2025 were classified into policy domains and analyzed by year, revealing relatively positive responses in ‘compensation and allowance’ policies and persistently negative responses in ‘manpower and recruitment’ policies. This study proposes a novel approach to evaluating recruitment policies by incorporating perceptual responses.
