
북한 드론 위협 대응 체계 발전 방안 연구

초록
본 연구는 북한의 드론 위협에 대응하기 위한 한국 해군의 드론 대응 체계 발전 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 러-우 전쟁에서의 드론-대드론 체계 진화 양상, 북한의 드론 위협과 더불어 이를 방어하기 위한 한국 해군의 기지, 항만, 도서지역 및 함정을 포괄하는 다층형 대드론 체계를 구축할 필요성을 확인하였다. 그리고 무기 체계, 작전 운용 개념, 조직 편성이 유기적으로 결합된 군사 혁신 차원의 발전 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to propose development directions for the counter-drone response system of the ROK Navy against the growing drone threat from North Korea. Accordingly, it examined the evolutionary pattern of drone and counter-drone systems in the Russia–Ukraine War, analyzed the drone threat posed by North Korea, and identified the need to establish a layered counter-drone system covering the bases, ports, island areas, and naval vessels of the ROK Navy. Accordingly, the paper presents development directions at the level of military innovation, in which weapon systems, operational concepts, and organizational structures are organically integrated.
