초록

본 논문은 운용 및 정비를 고려한 기술교범 구성 형태 분류 방안을 제시하였다. 기술교범은 정비가 기반이 되어 각 계단별 장비 운용 및 정비절차가 기술되어져야 되기 때문에 각 군별 특성을 고려하여 정비정책이 반영된 기술교범 형태가 가장 바람직하다. 현 국내 공군의 경우는 3계단 및 국내 육군의 경우는 5계단을 적용하고 있다. 향후 미군의 현장, 유지 정비계단이 반영되기 전까지는 국내의 적용 추이를 모니터링하면서 적절한 시점에 적용여부 결정이 필요하다고 판단된다. 운용 및 정비개념을 근간으로 빠르게 변화되는 군수품 보급을 반영한 후속군수지원이 보장될 수 있는 기술교범 분류가 선행되어 적용될 필요가 있다.

Abstract

This paper presents a method for classifying technical manual type while considering operation and maintenance. Since technical manuals are based on maintenance and must describe equipment operation and maintenance procedures for each level, the most desirable format is one that reflects maintenance policies while considering the specific characteristics of each military. Currently, the domestic air force applies three levels, whereas the domestic army applies five levels. Until the U.S. military’s field and sustainment maintenance levels are adopted in the future, domestic application trends must be monitored to decide whether they are to be applied at an appropriate time. Additionally, a classification of technical manuals that is grounded in operational and maintenance concepts, reflects the rapidly changing supply of military equipment, and ensures rapid follow-up logistics support must be applied.
