Abstract
This study proposes an architecture that utilizes offshore wind farms as a resident platform for unmanned systems. By combining the inherent infrastructure of offshore wind farms with wireless charging and communication technologies, this approach utilizes wind farms to support the autonomous residency of multidomain unmanned systems, including UAVs, USVs, and UUVs. This approach can be effectively leveraged to significantly enhance national maritime security capabilities by supporting the uninterrupted operation of unmanned systems and significantly expanding military surveillance coverage.
