초록

현재 주요 우주선진국은 각 국가의 특성에 맞게 우주작전 개념을 정립하여 우주력을 운영하고 있다. 우리나라도 국방부에서 우주작전에 대한 개념을 제시하였으나, 각 군 차원에서는 우주작전 개념 정립이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 미국, 중국, 러시아, 일본 등 주요국의 우주작전 개념을 분석하여 한국 해군에 적합한 우주작전 발전방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

Currently, advanced space countries are operating space power by establishing the concept of space operations according to the characteristics of each country. In Korea, the concept of space operations was presented by the Ministry of National Defense, but the establishment of the concept of space operations at the military level is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the concept of space operations in advanced space countries such as the United States, China, Russia, and Japan, and suggested the development of space operation suitable for the ROK Navy.
