초록

본 논문에서는 마한과 콜벳의 해양전략사상을 전략의 3요소 틀로 분석하고, 이를 다영역 작전이라는 현대적 관점에서 재해석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 한국형 유·무인강습상륙단 전력 확보, 합동전영역지휘통제체계구축, 임무 기반의 탄력적 작전개념 도입이라는 한국 해군의 합동성 강화 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study analyzes the maritime strategic concepts of Mahan and Corbett within the framework of the three elements of strategy and reinterprets them from the modern perspective of multidomain operations. Based on these findings, it proposes measures to enhance the jointness of the Republic of Korea Navy: securing Korean-style manned and unmanned assault landing force capabilities, establishing a Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), and introducing a mission-based flexible operations concept.
